Increase complex care capacity, expand geographical access, and improve care quality by delivering personalized, on-demand care and education to patients at UCSF.
Identified challenges
UCSF clinical staff are burnt-out and spend time on low-value and tedious tasks.
Patient & clinician experience is fragmented, and multiple tools are needed throughout the end-to-end journey.
The current EHR (Electronic Health Record) system cannot support all the workflows clinicians need to support patients.
Business goal
Increase appointment capacity across UCSF specialty clinics.
